Description of Tube Cutter:
A tube cutter is a tool used by plumbers to cut pipes. In addition to producing clean cuts, this tool is generally a faster, cleaner, and more convenient way to cut pipes than using a hacksaw, although this depends on the metal of the pipe. They come in many different styles, but all have sharp blades that cut through the tube.
There are two types of pipe cutter. Plastic pipe cutter, looks really like a pruning shears, can be used for thinner pipes and pipes, such as sprinkler pipes. For use on thicker pipes, there is a pipe cutter with sharp wheels and adjustable jaws. The method of use is to rotate it around the pipe and tighten it repeatedly until it passes through completely.
