Advantages of Flare Tool Set:

1. Easy operation, save time and energy. 

2. The special cone eccentric revolution will allows the internal opening gradually and form 45° accurate and regual flare face will be smooth, uniform without scraching.

3. Eccentric cone will be rebound by itself after the work is finished, make the idle top head in revolution again for 1-2 rounds, and have the flare face in friction to make prettier.

   
   

How to use Our Tool Kit:

1. First, put the tube with its point bead to just out the bar for 0-1 min.

2. Be sure to keep the point head of flaring cone at a center place. The flaring cone will be in eccentric revolution which allows the tube to open gradually. Therefor, the bend face will be uniform.

A: 30% by TT as deposit and 70% before Delivery. Will share you video of the ready tools before delivery.

A: Tool sample will be sent out within 2 days if we have stock and cost on customer's side.

Q4:Can you produce the tool according to our sample?

A:Yes, we can produce based on your hvac tool drawing or sample.Also molds and fixtures can be provided.
