Description of Flaring Tool:

The pipe flaring tool, also known as tube expander, pipe swaging tool, is used for cutting and swaging the copper joint. It is widely applied in the fields including air conditioning installation , car and other machine maintenance.

The main function of the flaring tool is to extend the end of the pipe and give a specific shape that we call a flaring. In other respects, the main function of the flaring tool is to make the best fittings of the pipe ends.

The flare portion of the pipe is used as the female portion, and the other end of the flare portion connection is called the male portion. It is also called an adopter. Since the flaring tool is flared at the end of the tubing to accommodate the adopter or the opposite side, we can say that it is an adopting tool. The work is simple; it requires less effort and completes the work in the shortest time.

How to use Copper Pipe Tube Expander:

1. First, put the tube with its point bead to just out the bar for 0-1 min.

2. Be sure to keep the point head of flaring cone at a center place. The flaring cone will be in eccentric revolution which allows the tube to open gradually. Therefor, the bend face will be uniform.
