TGZ series forward curved centrifugal fan is developed and manufactured with internationally advanced. It was developed by using high technology and with low noise and compact structure, which was specially designed for the air-conditioning. The flow rate and total pressure range of housing fan are from 800m³/h to 40000m³/h. Centrifugal exhaust fan is the ideal subsidiary equipment for various cabinet central air conditioning unit, changeable air conditioners, tube unit, VAV system, heating ,cleansing and other kind of ventilating system.
The rotation direction of HVAC Centrifuge Air Blower Fan can be divided into clockwise rotation (R) and counterclockwise rotation (L).
Clockwise rotation (R) of AC Centrifugal Fan Blower: From the sleeve side, the Wheel rotation direction is the same as the clockwise direction of rotation.
Counterclockwise rotation (L) of double inlet centrifugal fan: From the sleeve side, the Wheel rotation direction is opposite to the clockwise direction of rotation.
Shown as below figure, inline rectangular duct fan can be made in four air-outlet directions:0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.
The housing of centrifugal blower is made of hot galvanized steel sheet. The side plates include inlets cones that are designed with the best aerodynamics for inlet condition. The scroll of centrifuge blower is fixed to the side plates by spot welding. On the side of the housing there are a series of holes drilled in advance for riveting nuts to carry out installation according to air outlet direction needed by the customer.
Forward curved Wheel of industrial centrifugal fan is constructed of high-grade hot galvanized steel sheet with the advanced aerodynamics profile to achieve the highest efficiency and the lowest noise level. The wheel is fixed on the center plate and on the end ring with riveting grip pres. The Wheel is constructed with maximum strength that endures the continuous operation with maximum power.
Base plates of housing fan are made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet, which can be assembled with the direction by the customer demand.
Motors for blower can be single-phase AC motors of 220V/50HZ, 110V/60HZ with 3 speeds OR EC motors with three speeds, which are flexible to change speed and easy to install. Speed can be changed by using provided silicon controlled voltage regulator and frequency converter.
