The system uses pneumatic devices with high efficiency and fast cycle. The feeding and unloading conveying method adopts a double mechanical arm. The mechanical arm has four cylinders to drive and control the tightening and loosening. The two pairs of mechanical arms run synchronously, which is efficient, stable and safe. The water layer thickness between the probe and the workpiece can be automatically adjusted, and the rods after the inspection are divided into qualified and unqualified areas.

In addition to mechanical button switches, the operation can also be operated through WeinView 10-inch touch screen panel, and various parameter settings and status displays can also be adjusted through the touch screen.
