The vibration resistant conrrugated metal hose is welded assembly of corrugated metal hose, metal connector, braided metallic wire sleeve, metal clamping ring and red copper tube.
The vibration resistant corrugated metal hose is a vibration resistant connection piece to be used to prevent the piping from break caused by vibration.
The product is used on the suction piping and exhaust piping of a comressor in the refrigeration, cold storage and air conditioning unit.
Installation Mode: ODF connection soldering is used.
Character of New Vibration Eliminator
1. Adjustment of Structure -- Extended copper tube from both ends of corrugated pipe.
2. Sleeve protect clamp at the extended copper tubes, decrease the transversal surface during argon-arc welding process.
3. Use auto-matic argon-arc welding machine , to avoid the defectives caused by manual welding operations.
4. Use internal welding for both ends of copper tubes , to avoid the leaking points caused by normal outside welding.
