    The horizontal position and depth distance of the damage echo can be read in real time on the screen, and the amplitude (%) of the damage echo can be read in real time.

    Eight independent flaw detection channels

    It has 8 independent CNC transmission and CNC receiving channels, can carry 8 probes to work simultaneously. Each channel transmits and receives independently without interfering with each other.

    The flaw detection works stably and well in places with high density of electrified lines or near strong motors. Independent lithium-ion battery power supply ensures stable, reliable and interference-free power input.

    Our ultrasonic flaw detecion equipment is set with accurate positioning of defect positions.
    If you choose to add encoder positioning system technology, any channel can find the location of the damaged steel plate as long as the damage echo is found.

    The multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detector takes data acquisition, signal processing and digital control, waveform and data display as the core, realizing computer control of flaw detection operations, computer processing of flaw detection data, and computer evaluation and management of flaw detection results.
    The flaw detection report can be automatically generated from the flaw detection stored flaw wave, and printed out in the specified A4 paper format. The table with waveform and damage judgment is intuitive and standard.

    Eight-window and single-window display interface
     
     
    The flaw detection equipment can observe the echo graphics of 8 channels at the same time, or the echo graphics of a single channel independently. The display interface of 8 channels and the display interface of a single channel are started and switched by hot keys. When scanning, observe the display interface of 8 channels; when analyzing or judging the damage, switch the display interface of a single channel. The enlarged echo graphics of a single channel are helpful for accurate analysis and judgment of the damage.

    Solidification of multiple flaw detection processes
     
     
    The instrument allows the setting of three sets of flaw detection processes for steel plates, and each set of flaw detection processes can set four common plate thickness flaw detection processes. 
     
    That is, 12 commonly used flaw detection processes can be set. The flaw detector does not need to adjust the instrument. Just click the menu to select the flaw detection operation item to enter the flaw detection operation state.
