The single-channel digital ultrasonic flaw detector technic is used. The functions of the flaw detecion include the emission and reception of ultrasonic waves, the digital processing of ultrasonic signals, and the control of flaw detection parameters. The instrument uses an Ethernet interface, which is flexible and convenient, and has strong anti-interference ability. It is small in size and light in weight, and can be placed directly on the scanning arm to reduce the length of the probe line, thereby reducing interference and improving the detection signal-to-noise ratio. Independently developed and with independent intellectual property rights, the circuit can be optimized and adjusted according to different workpieces to meet the cutting-edge needs of customers.
 
Flaw Detection Technical Data
Each axis of the scanning bridge uses a linear drive unit of a well-known domestic and foreign brand. It can realize multi-axis motion, multi-axis linkage and electric control functions. The servo motor and the guide rail connector use imported brand couplings. All axes have soft-controlled running limits and limit switches to provide protection. Limit brakes are installed on all linear axes to prevent system damage and collision with the workpiece being inspected.
